At Cleveland Heights (Lakeland)

George Jenkins defeated LCS 144-161 Monday at Cleveland Heights in Lakeland. The loss is LCS' second of the season and there last chance to gain some chemistry as a team before districts on Monday, to be held at River Green Golf Course in Avon Park. Jenkins too enters the district playoffs Monday, only they'll be at Cleveland Heights. LCS hasn't played at River Green as of yet this season.

At Huntington Hills Golf Club (Lakeland)

Lake Gibson shot a team total 166 Monday afternoon at Huntington Hills Golf Club en route to a 166-185 victory over Avon Park. Justin Cranford and Dyland McGaw each shot a 41 for the Braves (13-9).

All Saints 181, Bartow 183

At Bartow Golf Course(Bartow)

The All Saints boys golf team edged past Bartow 181-183. All Saints starts district play Monday at River Greens in Avon Park. All Saints will tee-off against heavy favorite McKeel Academy. "They'll have to have a tremendous day off and we'll have to have a tremendous day on if we want to have a chance," All Saints head coach Val Johnson said. "...They're an outstanding team." Win or lose, All Saints has plenty of youth for the next few seasons. The Saints have just two upperclassmen on the team, and two eighth and ninth graders.
