Mutz Finishes 43rd at Foot Locker

CHARLOTTE, N.C. | Lakeland Christian senior Mark Mutz ran 15:41 Saturday to finish 43rd in the Foot Locker South Regional Cross Country Meet.

There were 243 runners in the boys race.

Mutz's time was 17 seconds faster than his fourth-place time of 15:58 when he finished fourth in the Class 1A boys state meet.

Craig Nowak of Texas won the South Regional by one second, finishing in 14:37.
