All-County Volleyball: Coach of the Year

George Jenkins coach Lisa Bickerton led her team to a 22-6 record, a district title and a regional final showing.

The team’s run in the playoffs was the deepest since she took over in 2001.

Bickerton coached the PolkPreps.com Player of the Year Karla Thiele and first teamer Kacy Scarpa.

Jenkins also had a player at third team in Kayla Monsanto.
