Top-seeded Avon Park claimed the Class 4A, District 10 title with a 65-58 victory Friday over Desoto at Mulberry High School.
Avon Park's Marcus Dewberry led all scorers with 27 points. Teammate Reggie Baker posted 12 points. 
Jimmy Williams led Desoto with 23 points. Adrian Harris added 13 points.
