Lake Wales-Mulberry Postponed by Technical Problems

The Class 5A-9 district match-up between Mulberry and Lake Wales has been postponed until Monday at 5 p.m. because of a combination of technical problems and weather issues.

The stadium lights at Mulberry were not working and electricians called to fix them could not get them to turn on.

A storm in the area was also moving closer, Mulberry principal Patricia Barnes said.
