Lake Region LB Blade Denmark Picks Up USF Offer

Lake Region junior linebacker Blade Denmark picked up an offer from the University of South Florida a few weeks ago, the proposal is an extension of how well Denmark played at a camp at USF over the summer.

"I hope it opens the door and gives me another reason to keep working hard," said Denmark, who is 6-foot-2, 198 pounds.

"I'm excited, very honored that they offered me a scholarship. I went to Skip Holtz's camp over the summer and they said they liked what they saw. They offered me the same day of our Bartow game."
