Lake Region Beats Poinciana, 43-6

Lake Region picked up its first win of the season Friday by beating Poinciana 43-6. Aaron Garrison ran for 241 yards and two touchdowns and LT Thompson threw for 172 yards and two scores.

Andre Palmer caught two passes for 87 yards, both of them touchdown receptions.

Hunter Ratcliffe made four of five extra points and also connected on a 27-yard field goal attempt for the Thunder, who are 1-5 and face Ridge Community on the road next week.
