Teams were named for Football Offense, Football Defense, Volleyball, Swimming, Cross Country and Golf.

Each team also includes The Ledger's athletes of the year in each sport.

The All-County football teams include small-school and large-school offensive and defensive players of the year long with the overall athlete of the year.
